Technical Specifications for Laboratory Benches:

• The benches are made of lower units constructed from 1 mm thick galvanized steel, electrostatically coated with an epoxy layer resistant to acids, chemicals, and scratches.
• All storage units (doors) and drawers, including sides and fronts, consist of double-layer steel. Hinges for the doors are mounted on internal pads fixed inside the cabinet body to ensure full stability and prevent misalignment of mounting holes, as well as drawer tracks.
• Units have approximate dimensions of:
  • Drawers or single-door storage units: 50 cm width × 54 cm depth (toward the wall).
  • Storage units and sink units with double doors: 90 cm width × 54 cm depth, with a rear clearance allowing passage of drainage and supply pipes, maintenance access, or bench depth adjustments.
• Each unit is equipped with four leveling screws underneath for balance adjustment.
• Drawer Units: Consist of four drawers, or as per client requirements.
• Storage Units: Include a central shelf, which can be repositioned according to client requirements.
• The bench body is composed of repeated modules of doors, drawers, seating openings (for researchers), filler panels, and blank panels.
• All bench accessories are imported (European-made), with handles made of nickel-chrome or electrostatically painted steel with epoxy coating.
• Worktop: Made of black granite (Double Black), 20 mm thick.
• Bench depth toward the wall ranges from 60 cm to 75 cm, equipped with a 7 cm high rear skirting.
• Sinks: Made of epoxy, sized 40×40 cm or 40×60 cm, or stainless steel sinks. Laboratory-grade faucets (mixer or tap) are provided as per client request.
